While using this data used to work, what has happened recently is the ID being given is not "refreshing" from the previous flash drive, so it is giving us the same ID for each drive we put in. Tab, under Property, select Device Instance Path which where we get the unique ID for each flash drive. The problems seems to be when we go into Device Manager, Disk Drives, Select Flash Drive Properties, click on Details We called Symantec and work with them over several days. Recently, the drives we are creating were not functioning properly. Have not had an upgrade to the application except for Anti Virus Definition files. We configured this back in the fall of 2015, and it was working fine. They have the ability to block writing to a flash drive unless we configured it in their application. We are working with Symantec and their Endpoint Protection product.
